During this time she has been a dental assistant, receptionist, office manager, dental hygienist, hygiene manager, dental speaker, and dental consultant. Her experience with all the different aspects of dentistry give her the edge needed to produce your dream dental practice. With such a comprehensive background, and a love for dentistry, Dominika is able to connect with each of your team members because she has personally been in their shoes. Over the course of these years she has been exposed to dozens of dental offices and seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t. She uses her unique set of skills to coach the staff in private practices on how to become a complete and highly profitable team. She works tirelessly to research the latest and most effective trends in dentistry and would love to work with you in your practice. She is also a member of the Young Professional Society.
